Welcome! As Service Manager, I’m proud to lead a dedicated team working hard to keep your car in great shape. Whether you’re coming in for routine service or complex repairs, I’m passionate about helping people resolve their automotive issues. After more than 20 years in this industry, I’ve seen a lot of change, but the right way to treat customers remains the same. Originally from Downers Grove, IL, I graduated from Iowa State University. Over the course of my career, I’ve earned recognition as a 20-time Dealer of Distinction and numerous Precision Team awards. I root hard for the Bears, White Sox, and my son’s baseball team—I’m also the coach! When I’m not working or coaching, I like to play golf.
