Hello, everyone! I’m Edwin Dumas, a service advisor here at Napleton's Valley Hyundai. I joined the dealership in December 2021, but my automotive career began in 2017. I studied at Lincoln College of Technology. My colleagues and friends know me as someone with a bubbly attitude and for my bright orange car. I am a great worker with an easy-going approach to customer service. It feels great to meet some of the most fantastic guests, and I put my all into my job, regardless of the task; I strive to provide customer satisfaction! In addition to informing my guests about the vehicle they have purchased, I also enjoy talking about new phone technology and the latest and upcoming cars. My hobbies include bowling, playing pool, swimming, watching races and television; I’m a huge fan of the Fast and Furious.

My comment actually has to do with an earlier visit, when my husband made a trip to your dealership with my 2021 Palisades. I had made an appointment to "fill the tires," since there were "low tire" lights on in my new car. When he got to the service appointment my husband was told that the tires on my car only had air in them, no nitrogen. (He assumed the tires had to be filled at the dealership because he thought the tires had nitrogen in them.) Well I would think that when my husband was told that, they would have offered to fill the tires with air so his trip wouldn't be wasted and we would be so impressed with excellent service?! But that didn't happen; my husband just left. So...no biggie, but that experience bothered me a little bit because it would have only taken a few minutes to fill the tires and that would be truly excellent service! Otherwise, our experience with service at your dealership has been fine. We really like the waiting area! It's comfortable and has touches that make waiting not-so-bad!!

It was a warm day and he asked if I wanted my car washed. I said yes and it never got done. I was not about to go back in after I had an appointment and still had to wait almost 3 hours

It has been a good experience with my Service Advisor Eddie. He has been very helpful with listening to all of the issues that I have had with my vehicle and has been addressing each of these issues with time. He also has been understanding with the services needed in the near future. I would definitely recommend Eddie for family and friends.
