Hi, I’m John Pearson, Service Manager here at Napleton's Valley Hyundai. I bring more than 30 years of automotive experience to my work here at the dealership and welcome new opportunities to provide great service to our customers. Whether you’re bringing your car in for routine maintenance or something more complex, I am here to ensure your questions are answered and your car is returned to you in tip-top shape. My dedication to great customer service has been recognized with several awards, including those for Top 10 Advisor, Chevy Central Region Top 3 Service Managers and Subaru Central Region IS SOMETHING MISSING FROM HERE. Originally from South Side Chicago, IL, I attended Illinois State University. I am a proud father of two girls and one boy. I’m also a die-hard White Sox fan and season ticket holder since 1981! I currently serve as president of my local Lions Club and have been a member since 2008. In my free time, I play as much golf as possible. And I also love the beach!
