disappointed he had no time to work with me, passed me on to another that charged me more then we agreed on. Charged me for things I did not want and still do not want. I asked about and was told they did not charge me for them I can show you the paper work they did. Still have no idea what half the buttons in car do. Cant get map program to work. Still have no caps on my valve stems. Overall standard scams buying a new car.

Great experience, so much that I bought a second car from Jordan. I purchased a 2024 Tucson in October 2023 and then I bought a 2026 Santa Cruz in April 2026 from Jordan. When I went into the dealership and found out that Jordan was on vacation, I waited till he got back from vacation to buy my Santa Cruz. That's how much I wanted to deal with Jordan. I always felt that I got a fair price as I shopped around for several months determining which vehicle I wanted. When I decided on the Hyundai, I checked around and Napleton Valley had the best prices. Best salesperson I had ever dealt with. Would recommend him to my friends and family.
