Welcome! My name’s Ron Stelle, and I joined the automotive world in 2001. My reputation amongst colleagues and customers is for being trustworthy, always willing to help, and resembling Colonel Sanders. I have earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and many accomplishments throughout my automotive career, including the Best of Service Advisor Walk Around Award in 2010 and 2011 for the Ford region. Some of my special skills are having excellent communication and writing stories – I have ten published novels. When it comes to my grandchildren, I am their biggest fan. I love spending as much time with them and other family members and friends as possible. As a 24-year veteran, I have been worldwide many times. My biggest passion is to help others, which is why I love working as a service advisor here at the Napleton’s Valley Hyundai dealership!

I admit I wasn't sure bc my usual service advisor is no longer there and I was just assigned someone when I walked in. Ron was easy to communicate with, understood what my problems, got me the info I needed to make decisions, kept me in the loop without me having to ask for updates, gave me a reasonable timeframe for the work to be completed, and made sure everything was taken care of. I would request working with Ron again.
