This was my 3rd and last car from Napleton Hyundai. Buying this car was a completely horrible experience. I will be the first to admit I came to the dealership not mentally prepared and we made the decision to buy a car in a haste because of the tariffs. I almost walked out several times when we were negotiating the price. He came back at first with this paper with all this extra crap added on to the car and a finance rate that was so high, it turned a base model $28000 car into a over $430000 pirschase. He couldn't even tell.me the rate. He told me I had sticker shock because I had not bought a car in a while. No, I was in shock over how you were ripping us off. It was just horrible. I can go on, but don't still want to. I still get irritated every time I get in the car. Then we had that LoJack system forced on us that we had to paid for. That really was when I should have walked out. He got the sale, I got the car, but I will never forget how horrible that experience was. We will need another new car in next few years, my friends and family will need new cars, and I will alwaya make sure to let them know to never go to Napleton.
